Robert Bruce inverarity “Lonely Sentinels” color woodblock, Seattle WA dated 1935. Mint condition original color woodblock print, never framed or hung. This image depicts one of the Haida tribe towns on the Queen Charlotte Islands (British Columbia) which Inverarity visited for an extended stay in 1932. The scene shows the historic totem poles standing tall over a fog laden bay with Haida huts and tents in the foreground. This print is considered his masterpiece. Paper measures 12” by 10” and image is 8” by 10”. SOLD
